FMS Investor’s fix and flip loans are available for a variety of property types, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and even multi-unit residences.
As an FMS Investor customer, your approved property could typically be eligible for up to $2M for a fix and flip loan, or up to $5M on a line of credit.
You would be eligible for an FMS Investor fix and flip loan based mainly on the property’s projected value after planned improvements. Asset verification of your income or employment status is not applicable for most investors.
FMS Investor fix and flip loans are short term, typically up to 18 months in length.
